Diamond and white gold tennis bracelet in Mangum , Greer, Oklahoma

This was a gift from an ex boyfriend and since I am now married with twin toddlers, it doesn't seem right to wear it. Yesterday, I took it to Zales to get an appraisal. Zales said it was well over a carat of diamonds and they gave me a number of 1,600.00.
To get the official paperwork, it was going to cost me $200 and a 2 week wait, so I opted out on spending that kind of money, only to turn around and sell it for most likely nowhere near it's appraisal value. Furthermore, we are adding a couple ruby bands to my wedding ring set and $400 is all I need to offset the cost difference of my old band. I do know that it originally came from Zales and if it needed to be sized, they can do it. It measures 7 and a half inches long with clasp closed.
